Mother's Day is almost here... so TURTLE & HARE decided to celebrate the mothers in our lives by hosting our first jewelry making workshop on May 7th, 2016, which is also Small Business Day! Bring your mothers for a little bonding time or come by yourself to hand craft tassel jewelry for your mother. Mothers, treat yourself to a pair of earrings or a necklace you make with your own two hands.

During our hour and a half workshop, we will be teaching you how to create a hammered texture on brass, how to punch holes in brass, and how to make and attach tassels. You can also customize your jewelry by stamping a name, a word, or numbers onto brass. TURTLE & HARE will provide assorted threads, brass shapes, brass wire, and tools. Each participant will leave with either a pair of handmade earrings or necklace.
